So, I'm stuck on a long fight scene in my novel. My problem is, how to get started on the long fight scene involving many characters at once and how much detail is to much? I got the scene in my head, heck even role played it out myself haha. However, when it comes to typing it out-I feel lost, and afraid it will be too detailed where the reader would get bored. I want to make sure they can really vision the scene and even get into it. How do you know when you went to far in detailing a scene? I know most don't want anything overboard-where personally, I love it like that. :/
Also, how do you, I guess the word would be chronologically write the scene that's so "busy"? I don't want it to not "flow" correctly if you know what I mean.
Thanks to anyone willing to help,
-Draco
